Roger Guzman
Founder and Chief Investigator
Roger is the CEO and founder of RG Security Solutions. Roger Guzman is a native San Franciscan. He attended San Francisco State University and graduated with a BA in Sociology.
Upon graduating from college in 1994, Roger joined the Los Angeles Police Department where he served with honor and professionalism for over 21 years. Roger honorably retired in 2016.
During his career with the Los Angeles Police Department, he rose to the highest rank of Detective Supervisor III. Roger was assigned to coveted assignments such as 77th Street C.R.A.S.H, 77th Street Gang Detectives, Task Force Officer with the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Task Force, Criminal Gang Homicide Division – 77th Squad, Olympic Gang Coordinator, OIC of LAPD/DEA Task Force, and Supervisor OWB/FBI Homicide Task Force.
Roger is currently a Commander with a Police Department in Monterey County and is the Commanding Officer of Patrol, Aviation, and Investigative Operations. Roger has built strong long-standing relationships with Law Enforcement Officials from the FBI, ATF, Secret Service, Homeland Security, and DEA. RG Security Solutions has subject matter experts and consultants from these agencies, which will enhance our ability to provide elite security and investigative services.
While in Los Angeles, Roger worked in the security industry providing executive protection for A-List Actors and High Level Government Dignitaries. Roger has worked high profile events such as the Oscars and Golden Globe. Roger has also worked in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley at Facebook and has provided executive protection for Fortune 500 CEOs.
Donna M. Garcia
President of Operations
Donna M Garcia is the President of Operations of RG Security Solutions. Donna is a native of Los Angeles, born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles. Donna spent years in the Fitness Industry, working for top companies as a Fitness Instructor and Trainer. Donna flourished in Management roles and was able to boost large number of clients in fitness classes. Donna owned and operated Smooth Hype Dance and Fitness Studio, training and teaching many clients to respect the journey of physical fitness, good health, and Hip-Hop Dance.
While working in Southern California during the pandemic, Donna was able to transition into the security Industry and obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing, and Cybersecurity from Cal-State East Bay and Cal State Long Beach, while also completing a Certificate program with Stanford University in Exercise Physiology. Donna is currently achieving Certifications in Cannabis Risks and Compliance and Human Resource Management from UC Riverside and San Diego State University. Donna participates in fitness endurance challenges and has completed two LA Marathons, in under four hours, to keep alive the physical drive that balances her managerial skillsets.
